RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION

Beans Lands accepts cancellations within 48 hours of placing an order. If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. Orders placed more than 24 hours later and the item has not yet shipped, you will receive a 70% refund.

If you have ordered a customized item instead of a standard size item, and the item is in the production process or has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and returns and refunds are not supported.

MODIFICATIONS

We are happy to modify your order within 48 hours of placing your order if you find that you have ordered the wrong size or color within 48 hours of placing your order or before the product has been shipped. You can do this by emailing us at service@beanslands.com. We will refund or invoice you for the price change.

If you are ordering a customized item instead of a standard size item, the item is already in the production process and no modifications can be made to the order and no returns or refunds will be issued.

RETURNS (if applicable)

Standard Products

The customer has the right to request a return within 14 days of the delivery of the merchandise. If you find a quality problem with the item within 14 days of delivery, you can initiate a return request by emailing us. In the e-mail, you need to specify the type of quality problem and attach pictures. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your return request and offer you the most appropriate solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be in its original packaging. In order to complete your return, we will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Please consult our customer service to ensure that your package is sent to the correct address.

We will not be able to accept a return request if your item has been used or artificially damaged.

Please note:

*We will carefully check the condition of the item before shipping. Items found to be damaged upon receipt by the customer will not be accepted.

*Unauthorized return requests will not be accepted.

- The following conditions do not qualify for a return on custom draperies, blinds and shades:
1. the image of the product is misinterpreted.
2. the item does not quite fit, but is accurately made.
3. the curtains are too heavy.
4. not the color you wanted.
5. Changed your mind/no longer want it.
6. wrong size. Tolerances within +/- 1% are considered acceptable in the industry. 7.
7. Order came later than expected.
8. Item ordered incorrectly. 
9. fabric dye lot.

Customized Items

Our products will be made to your specifications. Therefore, returns are usually not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
Before purchasing customized and made-to-order products, we strongly recommend that you consult with our customer service via live chat or email message for the correct products and sizes, or purchase samples to get a better idea of the materials.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Upon receipt and review of your return, we will send you a receipt notice via email. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or your original payment method within a certain number of days.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES (IF APPLICABLE)

For quality issues, all return shipping charges will be covered by Beans Lands. Customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (which includes the cost of the return); there is no restocking fee charged to the consumer for returns.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to officially arrive. Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you have completed all the steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@beanslands.com.
